Information We Collect

We collect two kinds of information.

• Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number (if you add it), the services you are interested in, and your message. If you choose an answer to "How did you hear about us?", we receive that too.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit, our analytics and advertising tools collect technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited, the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example UTM parameters or a Google Ads click ID). A form submission also records the page it was sent from and the first page you landed on in the last 90 days, kept on your device. You can turn that off on our Privacy Choices page.

How We Handle Form Submissions

Our forms are processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Netlify stores each submission and emails it to us so we can reply. We use what you send only to answer you, prepare a quote, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

We keep form submissions as business records for as long as needed to follow up and serve clients. You can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing dan@keystonewebsolutions.com.

Google Ads, Call Tracking and Conversion Measurement

We advertise with Google Ads. To see which ads lead to a call or a message, we use the following Google features:

• Call tracking. If you arrive from one of our ads, the phone number shown on the site may be replaced with a Google forwarding number. Google records that the call happened, its length, and your phone's area code, and passes the call to us.
• Conversion tracking. When you submit a form or tap our phone number, our site tells Google Analytics and Google Ads that this happened. This does not send the content of your message.
• Enhanced conversions. When you submit a form, the email address and phone number you entered may be sent to Google in a hashed (scrambled, one-way) form, so Google can match the form to an ad click. Google states it uses this data to measure ad results.
• Offline conversion uploads. If you later become a client, we may tell Google Ads that the original ad click led to a customer, using the click ID that came with your visit.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects data such as:

• Your IP address (anonymized).
• Pages visited, time spent on the site, and interactions.

This information helps us improve website performance and user experience. We may also use Google Analytics features that share data with Google for its own purposes, such as improving its services.

If enabled, data sharing settings may include:

• Enhanced Demographics & Interests reporting.
• Aggregated and anonymized user data linked to Google accounts.
